Delivery Information

Ireland and Northern Ireland Delivery:
Delivery is 5-10 days from order date for all orders from Ireland / Northern Ireland
If items are in stock we can ship within 2 days. Standard delivery charge is €8.00 + VAT.
All orders will have their delivery timeframe confirmed within 48 hours by email or phone.
You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier.

Overseas Deliveries
For overseas delivery prices please email info@theworkwearshop.ie with your order requirements and destination details or call + 353 1 885 30 42 or fax + 353 1 885 30 31. Customs procedures and different international postal networks can affect delivery time, making it difficult for us to guarantee how quickly you will receive your order.

Damaged in Transit
Should there be any damage to the delivered goods, details must be noted on the delivery documentation and it will be your responsibility to inform us immediately, but not later than 5 working days. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging, as this will be required to affect your claim against the carrier. We will make a claim against the carrier and arrange for the damaged goods to be collected and replacements to be sent to you.
