Returns Policy

The Workwearshop does not offer a free returns service unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent. In these cases The Workwearshop will refund the postage costs to a maximum of €5.00 on receipt of your parcel. If the product is faulty or you have received an incorrect delivery you must notify us either via e-mail to info@theworkwearshop.ie or call us on + 353 1 885 30 42 or fax us at + 353 1 885 30 31  within 7 days of receipt.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. We recommend that you keep the original packaging until you are sure you intend to keep the goods. Please use packaging which will give a similar level of protection as to when you received the goods to ensure the goods are not damaged on the way back to us. Please include the original picking list or Invoice document (with a note advising the reason you are returning the goods) This is your returns ID without this we can not refund.  Our team will deal with your returns request and organise a replacement garment or refund ASAP. The cost of returning the goods will be bourn by the customer.
Please note that refunds are subject to condition of garments returned, and can only be actioned if garments are returned within 14 days of receiving order. 

 

Damaged in Transit
Should there be any damage to the delivered goods, details must be noted on the delivery documentation and it will be your responsibility to inform us immediately, but not later than 5 working days. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging, as this will be required to affect your claim against the carrier. We will make a claim against the carrier and arrange for the damaged goods to be collected and replacements to be sent to you.
